Poetic Justice

This quote by the renowned writer, poet and philosopher Kahlil Gibran speaks to me deeply. I love trees. It seems to me that we strip the Earth so carelessly, without reverence for other life on the planet, as though it is ours just for the taking. We then turn around and feel this vast emptiness; life a times feels like it lacks meaning. It has no meaning when we do not feel reverence for it, the gift that all life is.

When humanity as a collective begins to truly cherish and respect all life on Earth, things will begin to change.

Different Drummer

Looking at the state of the world today, I do believe we are in desperate need of more nonconformists, people who refuse to see or do it the same old way. As Albert Einstein said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them”.

So dance your dance to the drum you hear, and let people call you “weird” if they may. How else is the world ever going to change? We must not let the judgement of others hold our souls hostage.

Love Earth

Did you know? The heartbeats of Earth and humanity are intertwined. The Earth’s heartbeat (called the Schumann Resonance) is measurable, and studies suggest that when we are out of sync with it, we are not in a prime state of health.

Synthetic technologies such as cell phones and computers play a big part in this disconnect.

Spend time in nature and get to know the Earth’s heartbeat. Whether you realize it or not, she is calling you back to your organic essence. Nature will unconditionally heal you.

Nature’s Wellness

Let us erase illness as a way of thinking, something that now dominates our every waking hour. Let us rather embrace nature as our tonic, that which exists to cradle and nurture us. Let us make wellness our new way of being.
